该剧由Mark Denton及Jonny Stockwood执笔、Paul Andrew Williams执导，于香港及伦敦两地拍摄。《白龙》其余演员包括黄秋生/Anthony Wong（华语新闻表示他饰演警探）、Tim McInnerny及Dervla Kirwan。
