林昭（1932年1月23日－1968年4月29日），原名彭令昭，女，江苏苏州人，中国政治运动被迫害者。林昭1954年入北京大学新闻系学习，在1957年的反右运动中因公开支持北大学生张元勋的大字报“是时候了”而被划为右派，后因“攻击无产阶级专政罪、反革命集团罪”于1962年起被关押于上海市提篮桥监狱，在狱中书写了反对毛泽东的血书与日记。文化大革命期间，1968年4月29日林昭在狱中当着众多在押人员的面被宣判死刑，同日被中国人民解放军上海市公检法军事管制委员会枪决于上海龙华机场（张春桥时任南京军区兼上海警备区第一政治委员）。 林昭在1949年以前曾申请加入中国共产党，60年代成为基督徒，被杀害前一日模仿汪精卫《被逮口占》作五言绝命诗: 青磷光不灭，夜夜照灵台。 留得心魂在，残躯付劫灰。 他日红花发，认取血痕斑。 媲学嫣红花，从知渲染难。 1980年8月22日，上海市高级人民法院撤销军管会的判决，以精神病为由宣告林昭无罪。1981年1月25日上海高院再次做出复审，认定以精神病为由撤销判决不妥，撤销1980年的裁定，但仍与之前判决一并撤销，宣告林昭无罪。

　　第一部分： 地震后10天。
　　公众的悲痛欲绝、救灾的十万火急，在铺天盖地的报道和施救之中，“生存”成为最重要的一个词：竭力寻找搜救亲人的个人、痛彻心扉的家庭，救出山里受灾养猪场的牲畜，在倒塌的瓦砾间收集菲薄的报废金属……废墟之上，衣衫褴褛的流浪汉在游荡，就像塔罗牌中的“愚人”，冷眼旁观近乎荒谬的厄运突如其来降临的悲惨世界；一位和尚与一位道士这样总结了地震：“地震的肆虐，是因为土地爷已经长久不被供奉在我们的庙宇里了……”。
　　第二部分：地震后210天。
　　四川的这个严酷隆冬，村民正在准备农历新年的庆祝活动。重建计划和救灾资金落实中的问题，让流浪汉和他的亲人颇为不满。为了迎接中央领导的到访，彻底的村庄清理和帐篷难民安置正在进行(显然每个人都将在冬天到来前住进新安置房的诺言还没法完全兑现)。简易安置房区，质量低劣的变压器造成停电，中断了大家的晚餐。
　　新年的早晨，俯瞰北川-受灾最为严重的县城：游客们络绎不绝地到来，不时与兜售最悲惨场景DVD光盘、纪念相册的摊贩讨价还价，在7万人顷刻丧生的废墟前带着观光意味拍照留念……
