某年，现年56岁的流浪汉加山一马（Lily Franky 饰）因为盗窃自动贩卖机而遭到警方逮捕。经警方（生瀬胜久 饰）的询问，他才道出了自己的过去。令人难以置信的是，加山从13岁时候开始流浪，迄今居然已有43个年头！当年上初一的时候，加山生活在一个并不富裕的大家庭，他不仅饱受父母的责骂，连兄弟姐妹也对他疏远排挤。某个早晨，加山离家出走，最终只有自家的小狗找到了他。他无意回头，在某个废弃的山洞建起了小家。他为警方讲述了野外求生的经历和技巧，以及他一度回归文明社会的有趣故事。这是现代文明社会里的残酷童话故事……
