一切的开始追溯到1987年9月，在日本某处发生的离奇事件。事件发生之后的10多年来一直和未知的威胁对抗的火岛博士和与那岭博士组成了开发小组并在双神岛建设了研究所，著手进行地球制弹劾凰机械人的开发计划。多年后，终于完成了称之为“素体”的机械人原型机体。但是，就在这时候，主张此后的量产计画应以生产导向及效率为优先的无人驾驶机械人的火岛博士和为了防止万一机械人不听指挥发狂时的危险性的有人驾驶机械人的与那岭博士之间产生对立。经过长久激烈的争论后，火岛博士的提案因为危险性太高的理由被驳回而决定生产有人驾驶的机械人。火岛博士同时也被逐出研究所。
多年后，弹劾凰试制机体终于制造成功。但是实验的结果却惨不忍睹。机体不听指挥的狂奔而爆炸。不仅牺牲了驾驶员性命也造成了无数研究员的死伤，开发计划因此遭到重挫。但是弹劾凰机械人关系到人类的未来，开发计划并不能停顿。与那岭博士重新吸收资金来源，招集新的科学家秘密地重建基地不仅挽救了开发计划并使计划再开……

Kyuuketsuki Miyu is a disturbing four episode long anime series about a young immortal vampire princess named Miyu and her protector/servant/best friend and more Larva. In four episodes, a nosy spirit-hunter Himiko Se chases the elusive Miyu because she is very curious about Miyu's past. Miyu, she discovers, is the guardian of the door between the two world: One of the Shinma ("shin" god; "ma" ghost/demon) and the one of our world. The Shinma wake from their sleep and disturb the lives of the Humans living above. Miyu and her servant (?) Larva hunts down these strange beings. However, Miyu is one of the Shinma herself and dislikes her duty. In the four episodes, Himiko Se discovers her link/destiny with Miyu...

Kai Nagisa, a normal high school girl who wishes to one day become a professional wrestler, is suddenly approached by a robot known as an Iczel. Iczel urges her to help save the Earth from invading aliens called Geas. The Geas, led by Chaos and Cross, are bent on stripping Earth's resources and then destroying it. To fight the invaders, Nagisa must merge with Iczel and become a battle-suited warrior named "Iczelion". She is reluctant to take up this sudden unbelievable task and fight with the other Iczelions of Earth because Nagisa just wants to live a normal life without having such big responsibilities. Nagisa must overcome her fears and fight, together with other Iczelions, to prevent the invading alien forces from destroying their homeplanet, Earth.

白色斗篷、高礼帽，单片夹鼻眼镜。出现在午夜的高楼，留下拿走宝石的通知函。这是我们熟知的怪盗基德。在《名侦探柯南》里，他是不亚于工藤新一和江户川柯南的明星人物。而他的真实身份则是高中生黑羽快斗（山口胜平 配音），为了调查父亲的失踪事件，扮起了父亲之前扮演的角色——怪盗基德，希望引出神秘组织的出现，进而调查出事情的真相。
《魔术快斗》首次连载在《少年SUNDAY》上是1987年，中途停载了数次，至今仍未完结。号称杂志上连载时间最长的漫画。由于怪盗基德经常性在柯南里客串，以至于很多人都误认为这是柯南的原创人物，其实基德有其正篇漫画，从其诞生时间来看，他比柯南更早出现，漫画里则有很多奇幻因素，而基德的性格也有所不同。
