Valencia, mayo de 1959. Pilar Prades Expósito fue la última mujer ejecutada en España por garrote vil. Fue condenada a la pena capital por el asesinato de la dueña de la casa donde trabajaba como empleada doméstica. También se le imputaron dos homicidios frustrados. Los tres crímenes tenían el veneno como elemento común.
