1973年，东京。漫画之神·手冢治虫因公司破产及少年漫画杂志连载被终止，一夜之间跌落谷底。被巨额债务和世人“已经完了”的评价所逼，他甚至开始失去对创作的自信。在手冢脑海中复苏的，是战时——连画漫画都不被允许的少年时代的身影。
1945年，大阪。中学生大寒铁郎在军事训练与管控所束缚的日常中，只有一个人，心中燃烧着画漫画的热情。即使被教师和同学们蔑称为“非国民”，甚至原稿被夺走，铁郎的手依然没有停下。他为了“成为漫画家”这个梦想而率直地生活着。因偶然契机接触到他的漫画的同级生·明石健司、女学生·冈本京子与他的相遇，为铁郎的日常带来了小小的变化。在与同伴度过的青春岁月中，逐渐逼近的战火足音，正慢慢侵蚀着无可替代的日常——
一边触碰着过去的记忆，一边犹豫着是否应该将其画出来的手冢。描绘战争的意义，以及如今的自己能画些什么。在两个交错的时代中，手冢的本能开始觉醒。

Before producing a TV series, a pilot film was made to let sponsors and television stations grasp the work's pervasive quality. This is the pilot film for "Dororo" in which the characters are closer to those of the original story compared to the characters in the TV series. The faces and personalities of the characters in the TV series are altered from time to time to gain popularity among its viewers. As a result, sometimes viewers really loved it, but at other times it didn't go over as well. The pilot for "Dororo" was made in color, but the TV series was monochrome due to a tighter budget. The story depicts a journey in which the boy thief named Dororo and a cursed man called Hyakkimaru destroy monsters. Hyakkimaru can be a complete "human" only after he destroys 48 devils.

The plot of Marine Express can be described in two parts. The first part focuses on the people boarding the train and the problems they encounter on it. The second part takes place after the train has stopped at its half-way point, an island that used to be home to an ancient civilization millennia ago and has its fair share of secrets.

In 1984 the Japanese government approved gene recombination experiments. Baggy is Tezuka’s response. A cute kitten escapes a lab, and is befriended by lonely child Ryosuke. Years later, he joins her in a quest that’s part spaghetti Western, part contemporary adventure.

Bander is a 17-year-old boy from Earth who lives on a distant planet, which is populated by human shape-shifters who feed off of vegetables and animal tails. Violence soon breaks out, as invaders launch an attack on Bander's new planet. This was Japan's first 2-hour animated film for television. The program received high ratings when broadcast as part of a set of 24-hour TV programs called "Ai wa Chikyu wo Sukuu" on Nippon Television. After a long gap since his last animated film for television, this work fully reflects Osamu Tezuka's desire to achieve theatrical quality with this production.

本剧改编自手冢治虫的同名漫画，讲述了由于幼年时期与母亲发生的心理创伤，变得讨厌爱的近石昭吾（佐藤胜利 饰），住在不爱的女性家里，拿钱维持生活。昭吾只对与青梅竹马的渡弘美（髙石明里 饰）的关系感到特别，但某天，昭吾得知弘美对自己抱有好感，因为恨爱而犯了决定性的错误，害死了弘美。
昭吾在自己所到达的世界里，被女神宣告了某种惩罚。那就是“无论转世多少次都爱着一个女人，在结合之前死去”。由于无法逃避的转生循环和女神的启示，昭吾流浪于多个世界，开始面对爱……！？

In 2030 AD, after being abandoned by his creator, a young boy robot is rescued by an Android Advocate, Dr Elefun, who adopts him as his own and guides him in the use of his special powers to aid and protect mankind and robot-kind.

手塚治虫による最後の週刊誌連載作品である「ミッドナイト」を映像化した本作。夜の東京で、はぐれ者のタクシードライバー・ミッドナイトはデコトラを運転していた少女・カエデと出会う。カエデがとある事情でライバル会社に命を狙われていることを知ったミッドナイトは、彼女の逃亡に手を貸すことに。ネオン街を駆け抜け、どんな道でも走ることができる“第5の車輪”を持つ改造タクシーでカーチェイスを繰り広げる。

アニメ史に輝く名盤レコードといわれ、第21回芸術祭のレコード部門奨励賞も獲得した作曲家・富田勲の「交響詩　ジャングル大帝」（1966年・日本コロムビア）。そこに収録される交響楽曲に、完全新規作画の映像をつけた「音楽を映像化した」企画ものの新作OVA。作画監督はTVアニメ『ど根性ガエル』の同職などで活躍の本木久年で、主人公レオたちのキャラクターデザインは1989年にTV放映の『（新）ジャングル大帝』の顔立ちに近しいもの。原画には本木のほか、平田敏夫や金山明博など実力派アニメーターが多数参加。監督は平田が兼任し、全体の監修は『（新）ジャングル大帝』の監督職・宇井孝司が務めている。ちなみに本企画の原典となった音盤は2009年に富田自身による改訂盤「交響詩　ジャングル大帝～白いライオンの物語～」がリメイク製作されている。

2000年推出的番外篇，时间很短大概只有8分多钟。剧情大致为雷欧年轻时期的一段小插曲，但其中包含了65版中雷欧的宿敌—独眼布布的最终结局，可以说这部短篇是对65版剧情的重要补充。

『バンダーブック』に続き、チャリティー番組『愛は地球を救う』用に製作された長編アニメ第2弾です。前作と同じように手塚治虫の人気キャラ総出演のお楽しみも付いたこのスペシャルアニメシリーズは「愛は地球を救う」という番組コンセプトに呼応して、環境破壊への警鐘というメインテーマを持っています。西暦2002年、太平洋横断海底鉄道マリン・エクスプレスがカリフォルニアから日本へ向けて出発、しかしこの科学の最先端を行く列車による海底の環境破壊に悩んだ開発者の博士が列車爆発を計画、自然保護団体のひとつのマイナス面をカリカチュアライズしたこの博士のキャラクター造形が作品に深みをそえています。

头上贴着胶布、无论从外形还是性格来看都像小孩子的写乐保介却天资聪颖，以第一名的成绩跳级进入高中。写乐平时天真开朗，然胶布下却掩藏着第三只眼的秘密。原来他是古老的三眼族的遗孤，十几年前三眼族神秘灭亡，写乐被族人托付给养父犬特医生。童年时的写乐脾气暴虐，令人困扰。犬特发现，只有用胶布将第三只眼封上才可使写乐安静下来。而一旦胶布被撕开，古老文明的灵魂将再次回归。如同被命运引领一般，写乐和朋友们经历了一次次神秘而刺激的大冒险……

Black Jack is approached by a defecting soldier and his wife with a plea to help their son, who is afflicted with a rare disease. Although it might already be too late for the boy, Black Jack is able to save the child. But at what cost?

時は21世紀初頭。ある団地の公園で、2人の男子、すばると、プロキオンと1人の女子、ミラが戯れていた。そして大人になったプロキオンとミラは結ばれる。ある夜、電子技師のプロキオンは宇宙港に降り立った連絡船が持ち運んだ宇宙ビールスに感染してしまい、新妻ミラの元に帰宅した彼の肉体は溶け落ちてしまう。そしてミラにも感染の恐れが。病原体の活動を停止するには零度以下にする必要がある。若さを保ったままビールスと一緒に冷凍保存された地球を、ミラを救うためすばるはビールスの源を捜し求める…。

The Goddess Venus is jealous of the beautiful human girl Psyche and blames her pet unicorn, Unico, as Psyche's source of good luck that keeps her from the harm of the goddess' cruel intentions. Unico has the amazing power to make anyone he meets happy. Whether it's because of his personality or the powers of his horn, no one knows. Venus has Unico banished, and the West Wind now takes Unico from one place and time to the next. Taken to a heavily polluted city, Unico meets a sickly girl named Chiko who is suffering because of the pollution of a nearby factory that darkens the entire sky. Unico then is determined to cheer her up, cure her, and destroy the nearby factory.
