鸿上基金会为了对抗复活的贪欲者们，开发了新的诞骑系统“诞骑X驱动器”。然而，在佩戴实验中，佩戴者后藤慎太郎的身影消失了。供应给驱动器的能量失控，后藤被甩到了平行世界。在那个世界里，泉比奈竟然以假面骑士欧兹的身份战斗着……！？而这个世界的火野映司、泉比奈、伊达明等人，与后藤本来所在的世界有着很大的不同。让不知所措的后藤更加困惑的事态不断发生。后藤无论如何都要回到原来的世界，帮助他的是映司、贪欲者还是神秘的“医生”！？这将是在“假面骑士欧兹10th复活的核心硬币”中大显身手的假面骑士诞骑X的“梦幻处女战”。

『一休眼魂争奪！とんち勝負（バトル）！！』の直接的な続編。本作オリジナルの仮面ライダーゴースト 一休魂や仮面ライ ダースペクター ピタゴラス魂などが登場する。

This series features the debut of six Legend Rider Damashii, namely Ghost's Drive Damashii, Gaim Damashii, Wizard Damashii & Specter's W Damashii, Fourze Damashii and OOO Damashii, which are all reprised in the aforementioned Kamen Rider 1 movie.

These chapters take place after Ghost and Specter obtain the Ryoma, Himiko and Houdini Eyecons respectively. Due to the Himiko Eyecon, and Makoto not being Necrom Specter, this would take place at least after episode 20, and before Makoto's departure for the Gamma world in the following episode.

Granute, secret lifeforms, kidnap humans for "Dark Market Snacks." Shoma, from another world, transforms with Gochizo, a sweet-eating monster, into Kamen Rider Gavv via a mouth-like belt to stop Granute's attacks and save people.
