When a massive, gilled monster emerges from the deep and tears through the city, the government scrambles to save its citizens. 本剧讲述的是原预备校的英语讲师古泷一路和现在无职业、过着俭朴生活的哥哥古泷一路，以及突然搬进哥哥家的弟弟二路（泷藤饰）之间的故事。对2人开始的“租赁老爷爷”的委托内容，退休后的丈夫的样子很奇怪，朋友是不是孤独死去了，3个月后世界就结束了……等奇怪的案件。笨拙的兄弟，一边从孤独的委托人们各种各样的胡作非为奋斗一边世间生存。
