A pair of young student doctors get involved in a secret society of surgery fetishists and monster makers called the "Cutters Club", overseen by the maddest of doctors. Creatures, carnage, mayhem and macabre malpractice combine in this maniacal movie, brought back from the brink of oblivion to take its rightful place as Todd's fevered cinematic swan song.

A young man wants to be a female impersonator, but gets mocked in his very first performance by a fierce older woman. He finds out where she lives and goes to her house expecting an apology. Instead, she locks him in her shed and rapes him. It makes him fall for her. But soon her even darker side reveals itself when she believes he is attracted to her more beautiful visiting cousin.

Mad scientist brings Dracula, the Wolfman, the Mummy, and Frankenstein's Monster to life... but there's a problem and they end up three feet tall.
