Either a female or juvenile Eurasian Sparrowhawk (Accipiter nisus). I caught this Eurasian Sparrowhawk through my kitchen window visiting my garden to have a spot of lunch on a Pidgeon it had selected from the menu. By the time I saw it, it had pretty much devoured all of its prey, bones and all.
