#Projektmanagement wird nicht dadurch zu Scrum, dass man sich halt zweimal in der Woche zum Status trifft.
Wenn dann im „Sprint-Meeting“ reihum gefragt wird: „Wie weit bist du mit dem Ticket?“ und „Wie lange brauchst du noch?“, verschafft man sich als PM zwar einen Überblick und vielleicht auch ein Gefühl von Kontrolle…
