We buy fresh fruits/vegetables/legumes (best organic origin), we eat them, we safe some seedlings, let them sprout and throw them over compost. All organical leftovers from the kitchen come directly to the plants. We NEVER till. We cover soil and seedlings with organic material. Let build flowers, take seeds. 💫
