<p>Chicago Water Tower Christmas </p><p>I've titled this photograph 'City of Chicago Old Water Tower Christmas' because it evokes a sense of resilience and devotion. The historic water tower, built in 1869, stands as a testament to the city's remarkable recovery from the devastating Great Chicago Fire of 1871. This symbol of old Chicago serves as a poignant reminder of the power of faith and perseverance.</p><p>As I gaze upon the Christmas tree in the public square, I'm struck by its significance. This evergreen symbol, adorned with a star or angel, represents the eternal and vibrant spirit of life. In contrast to the barren trees of winter, the Christmas tree embodies hope and renewal, reminding us that our existence is rooted in the promise of everlasting life.</p><p>The intersection of these symbols fills me with joy and a deep sense of connection to the scriptures.
