This year, I started a daily doodling practice, one page a day, spending a quick 10 to 15 minutes each day. The idea was that by the end of the year, I would have a visual record of being present. It is a grounding ritual, proof of showing up every day, and a practice where my hands move and my mind settles. I will continue sharing some pictures in the thread below. 🧵
