Kirby‘s Pinball Land is a surprisingly good and not quite so easy game. Pinball games on the GameBoy don’t work very well usually, but this isn’t a regular pinball game, which is why it works, I think!

started playing Kirby Air Riders 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕
A true improvement on one of my favorite games of all time. I played the original #Kirby Air Rider a couple times every year and I look to do the same with this installment in the series

started playing Kirby Super Star Ultra 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
While the #SNES version of this #Kirby game is one of my all time favorites when I found out the #NDS remake had "more game" I was excited to see what is new. Well in reality it is a little too much as everything added is just more of the same in one way or another. To be honest I do not know what I wanted or expected from the new content but I can tell you it was not what was given. With all that said the content that was in the original game still holds up and is a whole lot of fun.

oh! ok i got a fun one.
@AllKeysGDS and I decided that #Kirby is an eldritch galactic entity like Cthulu or Galactus and King Dedede is the story's most relatable character.
Kirby literally travels across the cosmos on a star, appearing on random planets. He then consumes. Living creatures and inanimate objects. Villages. Kirby consumes it all, absorbing its essence to strengthen itself. It's the stuff of nightmares. It ignores physics and conservation of mass and energy. Kirby simply is. The kind of fable civilizations pass down.
But it's real
Almost every Kirby game ends with Kirby fighting a similar cosmic entity or the embodiment of some concept or a space wizard. Kirby is his universe's Godzilla
King Dedede is the monarch of... a planet? a country? it's unclear. What is clear is that he picks up his mallet to fight Kirby.
But imagine that Dedede isn't trying to beat Kirby.
He's trying to divert him. He's trying to save his kingdom and the waddle dees and everything Kirby hasn't consumed.
Dedede's fight sends Kirby off world to sate its hunger and grow stronger before Kirby faces off with that game's big bad.
Dedede has to face down Galactus with just a mallet. And he survives every time.
