Golden hour in pride territory. 🦁☀️

Young lions spend considerable time resting alongside older females, absorbing crucial social cues and pride dynamics while soaking up the late-day sun. The intense amber eyes on the young lion behind contrast beautifully with the peaceful, resting expression of the lioness in front.

Just made an account on Vernissage. 📷️

-> https://vernissage.photos/@Michael

Nothing to see there yet. We'll see where this leads to. 🤷‍♂️

This account here is obviously a very mixed bag anyway. And I am not happy with Flickr anymore.

So I am in the mood for something more photo-centric. Any fellows there already?

(Still mad that photog.social got usurped+raped...)

🌸 Bloom — macro focus stacking for iPhone.

Up close, depth of field collapses to a few millimetres. Bloom captures a bracket across the focal plane and stacks only the sharp slices into one tack-sharp macro. Aligning, sharpness analysis and merging all happen on-device — no account, no cloud.

Free to start. https://apps.apple.com/app/id6781364940
