New book about 30 years of the Green Party in Taiwan (綠黨在台灣：第一個三十年). The book was written by Dafydd Fell, Peng Yen-wen, and Wang Yen-han. It includes a couple of photos by me.
The new book complements the English language book written by Dafydd Fell in 2021 which covers the first 25 years of the Green Party in Taiwan.

這篇在臺灣小站有點擔心會很逆風。
說下中國用語，臺灣用語的事情。
請不要以用語，或簡中繁中來界定立場和價值觀。
也請不要要求不是臺灣人使用臺灣用語。
就像不能指望一個外國人會講當地語言一樣。
臺灣用語現在可能有成千上萬個是和中國不同的。
臺派們堅持自己的文字用語當然很好。
要求臺灣人用臺灣用語，心情也無可厚非。
但太超過就會讓人心情變差。
比如看到過某個東南亞的用中文的象友抱怨，
猜測大概是在另一個社群平臺被人指出用支語。
這個就太超過，人家不是臺灣人，不應該這樣要求人家。
就算對於臺灣人自己的支語警察，自己也有所保留。
如果有人指出我應該用中國用語，而不是臺灣用語，
我會覺得很煩，網路上自己愛用什麼用什麼。
有時是覺得哪個合適，自己就會用哪個。
至於個別中國用語和臺灣用語哪個比較好，這是另一個話題。
有些沒差，比如外國人名，翻譯不同，知道是哪個人就好。
有些的確有差，但這可以另外寫一篇。
語言是載體。
自己看文字會把重心放在作者想要傳達的內容，
而不是根據作者到底在用什麼語言來區別品質。
相較日漸墮落的簡中，繁中有豐富的內容，
也是因為臺灣和過去的香港有自由的環境，
才會產生很多優秀的創作和書寫。
If you're Taiwanese and agrees with PRC "academics" claim that "Batanes belongs to China through Taiwan", you are also agreeing that #Taiwan belongs to #China.
These mainland Chinese "scholars" meant it not only to antagonize the #Philippines but to also trap Taiwan.

Bamboo is a grass (Poaceae family, the "true grasses") but I guess to every bug on the ground, grass looks just a forest. 😁 Bamboo's a bigger grass, and we're just bigger bugs. :)
