<p><a href="/tags/til/" rel="tag">#TIL</a> that it is possible to display images in some terminals and I'm nerding out about it. MacOS, iTerm2 has imgcat. So of course I use it to display a dog. </p><p>It would be fun but not very practical if the image was rendered all retro pixellated. I understand the kitty terminal has it's own version of this. </p><p>Yeah, it doesn't take much to humor me today.</p>

<a href="/tags/til/" rel="tag">#TIL</a><br><br>前几天刚刚给家里的软化水系统加盐,洗澡的时候明显感觉打完肥皂以后皮肤是滑的而不是涩的。我以前一直觉得那种涩的感觉才是真正洗干净了,今天留了个心眼,去查了一批文献。结论大概是这样:<br><br>* 硬水洗完以后那种很涩的感觉其实是钙镁和表面活性剂结合以后的沉淀,疏水。<br>* 软水洗完以后的很滑的感觉是残留的表面活性剂,溶于水。<br><br>由于钙镁沉淀疏水,所以很难洗掉。尽管软水那种很滑的感觉会让人觉得肥皂老洗不掉,其实这种情况下表面活性剂的残留是比硬水情形要少的。<br><br>具体数据见 <a href="https://www.jidonline.org/article/S0022-202X(17)32938-X/fulltext" rel="nofollow" class="ellipsis" title="www.jidonline.org/article/S0022-202X(17)32938-X/fulltext"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">www.jidonline.org/article/S002</span><span class="invisible">2-202X(17)32938-X/fulltext</span></a><br><br>顺便说一下软化水的原理。家庭软化水系统一般是两部分:一个滤芯状的东东和一个盐池。那个滤芯里面是一些带钠离子的 polymer,硬水进来的时候水里的二价金属离子会和 polymer 结合,换走钠离子。那个盐池里面一般就是正常的氯化钠或者氯化钾(但是比食盐要纯),软化水装置会定时(好像是吧)用盐水冲刷 polymer,再把 polymer 里面的二价金属换走变成氯化钙或氯化镁沉淀,最后把这些沉淀冲到下水道里。<br><br>好下面再看肥皂。众所周知,肥皂其实就是表面活性剂,一般是一个长的碳链一端带着一个钠离子。碳链亲油,钠离子亲水。用硬水洗澡的话,水里的钙离子会换走表面活性剂里的钠离子,变成沉淀。<br><br>……<br>……<br>……<br><br>所以结果就是你洗澡的过程变成了软化水的过程,但是换出来的二价金属最后没冲走,留在皮肤上了……<br><br>你就是个一直需要补充 polymer 的软水机……
