For context: Spanish wikipedia has a policy that they ban you if you don't identify yourself or ask a question, so you can't just join to read the conversations or observe (unlike english wikipedia)
When they banned me the first time, their IRC page said you were welcome to join, but now it does say that "failure to identify yourself is a cause for a ban unless you have a question"
This keeps happening to me because I had #wikipedia-es on my autojoin list, and I've kept it since. Anyway, I didn't identify myself :(. Same mod too!
