Window in the Greenery

📷️ Ricoh GRIIIX

#photography #photo #fotografie #color #ricoh #WindowFriday #FensterFreitag #windows

This color photograph captures the window of an old wooden house, almost hidden behind lush greenery. The wall is clad in faded, gray-blue boards, with paint that has cracked and peeled over time. In the center is a wooden window frame with a characteristic small opening pane. Behind the glass, white curtains and potted houseplants on the windowsill are visible, while the reflection of a tree crown appears in the upper part. The foreground is occupied by a blurred bush with young green leaves, which creates a natural frame and hides the window from direct view. The image conveys the atmosphere of a quiet, cozy, slightly forgotten village life and that special beauty that lives in old things.

Mini Blind

#photography #vernissage #darktable #streetPhotography #windowFriday #France #Roquevaire

I found that mini blind so cute. I wonder what’s on the other side to have the need to block the light with a hard outside blind instead of just a small opaque cloth on the inside
// Exif on post’s instance

Horizontal shot. Low angle view on a tall window with its dark red blinds closed, and near its upper right corner, a very small window, with a matching small blind of the same colour, open. On the top of the pic, a bit of blue sky above the grey gutters

Photograph of a green pond seen through three windows of an octagonal wooden gazebo. The interior of the gazebo is dark and the wooden slats on the ceiling and half wall under the windows are visible. The vine covering the roof of the gazebo descends in front of the windows, partially obscuring the view at the top. Outside, the calm water of the lily pond reflects the green grasses and forest on its banks.

A black-and-white photograph of a houseplant standing on a windowsill, backlit by the warm evening sun shining through the window behind it. A sheer curtain hangs between the plant and the viewer, catching the plant’s shadow and turning its leaves and stems into sharp, elongated silhouettes across the fabric. The interplay of sunlight, translucent curtain, shadows, and window reflections creates a layered, almost dreamlike composition.

📍 Salamanca.

#FensterFreitag #WindowFriday

Descripción en #alttext

#photography #photo #fotografia #color #streetphotography #architecture #cityscape #salamanca #sunrise
