The actor who played Mr. Hengist, John Fiedler was also the voice of Winnie The Pooh's Piglet until 2005. Squeeee!

John Fiedler who played Mr. Hengist on Star Trek's Wolf In The Fold wears a beige shirt and shiny navy suit coat. His colleague says to Kirk and Bones: Gentlemen, I have come to invite you to my home. His does this over the reservations of Mr. Hengist.
