When I created #Fedle, it was mostly for fun. A #Wordle game across instances. Now it has reached more than 10k games played across the #Fediverse in six languages.
Each day, we play as a family, a small ritual where the children try to guess the daily word.

I want to give an update about my project #TinyBBS, a #Meshtastic #BBS that runs on the meshtastic firmware itself without an rpi. It is now NRF52 based. The NRF is a more lightweight and efficient.
The BBS has Email, bulletins, daily wordle, a pretty rich LORD style multiplayer RPG, survival skills, chess, QSLboard, and Airplane QSL Board. The BBS is about 70KB and I do a neat party trick to store knowledge files like a full 12k #wordle dictionary on the external flash.

What if fediverse instances battled each other in a daily word game?
A bot posts a word to guess. You reply privately. Only real dictionary words accepted. End of day: instances ranked by average score, not size. A tiny instance can top the leaderboard.
Words come from player suggestions. First-try guesses carry less weight to keep it fair.
English only first.
