Feels only right to disqualify this from 2025 Counterforce Mag Best-Of Contendership considering it was my 2024 #1, but these Vespa-riding dandies sure made it worth scooping up for a second time. Three more tracks (including the all-time youth banger "I Can't Stop"), and the art looks even better all blown up, all courtesy of the almighty Perennial Records.

Luckily, the dropped an all new LP, so I suppose I'll settle for dat.

Kinda post-"Beyond Living," PNW circa 2010 by-way-of OKC stoned out and heavy punk. They played Chicago with Big Zit and Sucked Dry, and covered Flipper while the crowd got hot and heavy on free pizza that almost got me fired (oops!)

You should listen, it is worth it.

Doling out four stars today, feeling gracious on MY birthday week. I remember not loving this band while they were active, but let's blame this indiscretion on being a young mysterioid.

Two melodic, mid-tempo burners. Never the first sauce to slather on yer given glutinous substrate, but sometimes it's what ya hunger for and in this case I'd beg "more more more."
