To celebrate their graduation from university Kaori and her two friends visit Okinawa in southern Japan for a short vacation. At the vacation house, provided by Tadashi's uncle, a numbing stench awaits the girls, and can be traced to a horrendously deformed, legged fish that Kaori kills. More and more of these creatures appear and portend a horrific change for the animal life in the area. A phone call from Kaori's fiancé Tadashi in Tokyo quickly shows the scope of this epidemic, when he is also attacked by these mechanized fish. Kaori immediately sets out on an perilous voyage to find out what happened to Tadashi, helped by Shirakawa — a videographer in search of the truth behind all this...

高速行驶的欧洲之星快车，高楼林立的繁忙都市。男人（马丁·弗瑞曼 Martin Freeman饰）迫不及待地渴望下一秒钟就见到思念万分的女友（琳娜·海蒂 Lena Headey饰）。可实际上，他所身处的状况是交通严重堵塞的伦敦闹市区，而搭乘欧洲之星快车即将到站的女友，对面的陌生男人也对她虎视眈眈。男人不顾一切地奔跑着，就在精疲力竭时，他看见了一个骑单车的漂亮女孩（乔迪·梅 Jodhi May饰）。一番解释过后，女孩被男人疯狂的想法打动了，她载着男人来到了车站。

这个没有对白的真人小短片总让我联想起电影《天使爱美丽》的调调，也许是光线和色彩的原因，它们都带着某种久远而美好的半童话味道。背景音乐略带东欧气质，一点儿俏皮，同时又很精致，一如这个小故事本身。

这是Chris Vincze于06年拍摄的一部玩票性质的短片，格调相当轻松。全部采用了正拍逆播的方式完成了全片。看完之后不得不佩服这个怪才，除了影片一开始男主人公踱步时，脚的弯曲有些不自然之外，其他的镜头剪辑简直堪称完美。

A young man riding the Metro in Los Angeles notices a young woman looking through her digital camera. They exchange glances, then she gets off the train, carrying a box of plants. As the train pulls away, he notices she has left the camera. Later that day, he looks through the photographs and can see that she's left her job and is moving to Boston. He also sees that she's taken five or six photographs of him seated on the train. Her going away cake has her first name on it, and in one of the photos, she's leaning out an apartment building. Can he figure out where she lived and find her?
