Villainous Gru lives up to his reputation as a despicable, deplorable and downright unlikable guy when he hatches a plan to steal the moon from the sky. But he has a tough time staying on task after three orphans land in his care.

"Old Boys" talks the story of two high school friends who formed a band to participate in "Happy Boys" talent show at their middle age as a song could get them back to their youth and back to the past. This touching "Old Boys" theme song also moved all the audience.

第一部 18号洞
剧情：一直坚信自己的选择是正确的樫村浩介（仲村彻）在老同学津川良治（远藤宪一）的鼓励下倾家荡产地参加村长选举。他的目的是成为村长，改变要建设的高尔夫球场第18号洞的位置，那里埋着他12年前酒后驾车撞死的一个女人。在选举的过程中，樫村浩介变得疑神疑鬼压力超大，后来他顶不住了就打算在落败前自己把尸体挖出来换个位置。但是在意料之外又在情理之中的是，他赢了！听着报喜电话的樫村却不幸重蹈了12年前的覆辙，撞死了为他应援的老婆婆。同样的大雨中樫村迷茫地问自己该怎么办。
第二部 误报
剧情：县民新报的高梨透（岸谷五郎）眼瞅着竞争对手占部彻也（小泽征悦）凭借一条揭露警方贪污的新闻平步青云，自己却被贬到连记者都没得做的整理部，内心十分不平静。有一天高梨透负责的版面出了问题，他非常担心自己会失去工作，却发现社会部的汤泽刚（柏原收史）弄错了选举人的年龄事件很轰动盖过了自己犯的错误。然而当他以为一切雨过天晴的时候误报事件还是被发现了，并且自己还卷入一起凶杀案。凭借记者的感悟和朋友的帮助，高梨透识破了真凶电话制造不在场证明的诡计，打算以此写一篇头版报道一举回到社会部，然而古部彻也拿到的“樫村浩介被捕”情报更加适合当头版。高梨透从职业道德出发把自己的新闻缩减了，但是他反而觉得心里舒坦了。
第三部 自传
剧情：只野正幸（玉山铁二）收到赤冢（佐藤二朗）的通知失去了美食节目的编剧一职，接着又得到为兵藤电机会长兵藤与三郎写自传的机会。只野正幸求助在报社工作的前辈汤泽刚（柏原收史）收集资料，随后发现兵藤与自己千丝万缕的关系，以为自己是兵藤与妈妈的私生子且妈妈被兵藤杀害。化名村冈一郎（田中哲司）的兵藤的亲儿子解释说实际上只野正幸与兵藤并没有关系，兵藤只是因为命不久矣想见一面曾有机会做父子的只野正幸而已，只野正幸决定抛弃过去重新出发。
第四部 他人的家
剧情：贝原英治（渡部笃郎）和妻子映子（户田菜穗）搬到小镇上生活，早上捡捡垃圾，夫妻俩都在小钢珠店打工。俩人的高中老师的同事佐藤久（伊东四朗）对他们很感兴趣，用计查出贝原英治过去犯下的抢劫兵藤电机保险箱并被判刑的事情，透露给俩人的房东，逼他们入绝境之后再让俩人入籍。佐藤久死后，当年抢劫案的另一共犯来要挟夫妻俩，佐藤英治失手弄死了对方，想埋在榻榻米下面的时候意外发现佐藤久竟然当年杀了他外遇的妻子并埋尸其下。佐藤英治感受到了佐藤久老头的愧疚，为了真心对待信任自己的妻子，他在狱中改回贝原英治赎罪。

Higashigaito Yutaka is transferred to the Bangkok branch of Eastern Airlines. In three months, he will marry Michiko, a relative of the airline's founder, and though he doesn't love her, he knows he could be CEO one day if they wed. In Thailand, Yutaka meets Touko at a bar and is instantly drawn to her. His relationship with her only intensifies as the wedding date approaches. Eventually, he decides to break up with her and calls Michiko in front of her. Touko is disappointed, and the next day she leaves for New York. Yutaka and Michiko reunite in Thailand and proceed with their wedding. Twenty-five years later, Yutaka and Michiko are married with two sons. But Yutaka still harbors memories of Touko in his heart. Yutaka visits Bangkok on business and goes to the Oriental Hotel where he had stayed with Touko-and finds she is now in charge of VIP guests there. They realize their love for each other remains, but reality pulls them apart once again.

A four-part anthology in the spirit of The Twilight Zone, this film starts off with a group of commuters stranded at a train station in the rain, listening to stories told by one of the group. These include tales of a group stranded in the mountains and haunted by guilt over a death they inadvertantly caused, an emotionally broken chessmaster pressed into playing a real-life game for an eccentric millionaire, a wandering medieval samurai who finds a modern-day cell phone on the ground and a person on the other end asking questions about the past, and a young couple who agree to try a computer simulation of what their future as husband and wife would be like.
