《进击的巨人》外传小说《进击的巨人 Lost Girls》将进行动画化，预计会随着漫画的第24~26卷同捆推出，一共三话，每话大约为25分钟。
《进击的巨人 Lost Girls》是2014年推出的漫画外传小说，主要讲述的是漫画中三笠与阿尼这两位姑娘的在漫画之外一些不为人知的故事。小说分为“Lost in the cruel world”、“Wall Sina, Goodbye” 和 “Lost Girls” 三篇，
由于是跟随漫画推出的，因此三集动画上市的具体时间为2017年12月8日，2018年4月9日，2018年8月9日。
