本片由 Michael Ray Rhodes 执导，女主角 Heidi 由 Noley Thornton 担任，爷爷由 Jason Robards 担任，男孩 Peter 由Ben Brazier 担任，他也因本片的表现荣获该年度的年轻演员奖。Klara 则由 Lexi Randall 担任，其他的演员还包括 Jane Seymour 、Sian Phillips 、Andrew Bicknell 、Patricia Neal …等等。本片的配乐部分则是由 Lee Holdridge 负责。
