<p><a href="/tags/breaking/" rel="tag">#BREAKING</a> | 🇬🇧 — UK High Court Rules Ban on &#x27;Palestine Action&#x27; as Terrorist Group Unlawful</p><p>The UK High Court has ruled that the government&#x27;s decision to proscribe pro-Palestinian campaign group Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation was unlawful and disproportionate, citing breaches of rights to freedom of expression and assembly.</p><p>Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood expressed disappointment and confirmed the government will appeal the judgment.</p><p>The ban remains in force pending a further hearing on February 20, meaning membership or support for the group continues to be a criminal offence for now.</p><p>In May 2025, &#x27;activists&#x27; broke into RAF Brize Norton and damaged two military aircraft with spray paint, causing around £7 million in damage.</p><p><a href="/tags/ukpol/" rel="tag">#UKpol</a> <a href="/tags/palestineaction/" rel="tag">#PalestineAction</a> <a href="/tags/politics/" rel="tag">#Politics</a> <a href="/tags/justice/" rel="tag">#Justice</a> <a href="/tags/activism/" rel="tag">#Activism</a> <a href="/tags/genocide/" rel="tag">#Genocide</a> <a href="/tags/palestine/" rel="tag">#Palestine</a></p>
