<p>I&#x27;ve been here since the 2022 Great Twitter Exodus, and I&#x27;ve apparently never posted an <a href="/tags/introduction/" rel="tag">#introduction</a>, so…<br>I&#x27;m a <a href="/tags/genx/" rel="tag">#GenX</a> techie who&#x27;s lived in <a href="/tags/boston/" rel="tag">#Boston</a> since the late 80&#x27;s.<br>My 15 minutes of fame were being fired by <a href="/tags/doge/" rel="tag">#DOGE</a> from <a href="/tags/usds/" rel="tag">#USDS</a> early in 2025 and sounding the alarm in every media outlet that&#x27;d listen since nobody else was doing it. I&#x27;m not a fan of limelight, so I stopped when others took up the baton.<br>My politics are aggressively progressive and antifascist, and I post about them a lot.<br>(1/2)</p>

I&#x27;ve never really used LinkedIn or YouTube as social media, but do still have those as well. I *have* closed my Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts, and never had a TikTok account. I experimented with Threads and Bluesky, but have since closed those accounts as well.</p><p>I am now in the process of moving from being <span class="h-card"><a href="https://mindly.social/@mweston" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>mweston</span></a></span> to this server, since in the current <a href="/tags/politicalatmosphere/" rel="tag">#PoliticalAtmosphere</a> I wanted a non-US-based server. I am an educator and musician in New Zealand with a passion for writing complaint letters, bringing the social sciences into everything and dreaming of a world where we radically take care of each other.</p>

Je suis née dans une famille artistocratique mais je ne l&#x27;ai pas choisi. Je suis une militante acharnée pour le respect de tous les droits humains depuis que j&#x27;ai l&#x27;âge de 15 ans et ça fait rire mes proches. Je suis ânière (éleveuse d&#x27;ânes) et je suis certifiée intervenante en médiation par l&#x27;animal depuis octobre 2025. Je suis passionnée par l&#x27;étude du comportement des ânes. Je milite également pour que les ânes soient reconnus comme des animaux indispensables en temps de guerre ou de catastrophe. <br>J&#x27;ai travaillé 20 ans dans le domaine de l&#x27;humanitaire et de la coopération internationale, un peu partout dans le monde. Je suis chrétienne, baptisée catholique à la naissance mais je boycotte la messe, notament parce que l&#x27;Eglise de France se tait à propos du Génocide en cours à Gaza. Je suis également autiste avec un très haut potentiel émotionnel et mes ami.e.s me disent Queer. Je préfère largement communiquer à l&#x27;oral plutôt qu&#x27;à l&#x27;écrit avec les gens, parce qu&#x27;à l&#x27;écrit je ne peux pas voir les émotions sur les visages des gens. C&#x27;est parfois handicapant. Sinon, je serai bientôt divorcée, je dessine comme mes pieds et je pense que je suis anarchiste mais je ne suis pas très sûre.</p>
