<p>Those social media accounts that steal other people's photos of cute animals to post every day... they are parasites.</p><p>They are not "fun". They are manipulating you and stealing other people's hard work. Ever wondered how the photographer who took the original photo feels about that kind of social media account?</p><p>Please ask yourself why they are doing this, why they are trying to build an audience using stolen photos? <p>Chicago Water Tower Christmas </p><p>I've titled this photograph 'City of Chicago Old Water Tower Christmas' because it evokes a sense of resilience and devotion. The historic water tower, built in 1869, stands as a testament to the city's remarkable recovery from the devastating Great Chicago Fire of 1871. This symbol of old Chicago serves as a poignant reminder of the power of faith and perseverance.</p><p>As I gaze upon the Christmas tree in the public square, I'm struck by its significance. This evergreen symbol, adorned with a star or angel, represents the eternal and vibrant spirit of life. In contrast to the barren trees of winter, the Christmas tree embodies hope and renewal, reminding us that our existence is rooted in the promise of everlasting life.</p><p>The intersection of these symbols fills me with joy and a deep sense of connection to the scriptures. Jesus' words in Matthew 11:28-30 come to mind: 'Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.' <p>Silhouetted Winter Trees at Dusk – Black and White</p><p>Sometimes there is more color from the black-and-white than the color photograph. For example, these silhouetted trees stand against a vibrant sunset. The sky glows with shades of orange and purple, creating a serene evening scene.
