I call this: "Tiny mushroom is tiny."
I'd guesstimate it was about a third of the nail on you little finger 😁

Pretty leaf with squiggling sunlight on water.

Or:
[a somewhat sarcastic overwrought art description]
Abandoned by their tree, to fall unwanted, with their usefulness expired, onto the forest floor, but caught up by the turbulent constantly rushing tumbling society river. Rather than carried on the top, out in the sun, they are sucked under, only to be stuck to a stone, overwhelmed, forever to be pummelled by the constant battering of life.

#nature #photography #leaf #forest #stream

A photo of a leaf stuck to a stone under a shallow stream. It is a long exposure so the water is somewhat flowing, and there are squiggles of light on top of the water where the sun has reflected. The stones are dark and the leaf stands out green and bright.

'Uhren' #FotoVorschlag

Die #Uhr ist nichts Besonderes. Aber ich besitze sie nun schon seit über 40 Jahren und sie läuft wie ein VW Käfer...

Also vielleicht doch etwas Besonderes (für mich).

'Watches' #Photosuggestion

The #watch is nothing special. But I’ve owned it for over 40 years now and it runs like a VW Beetle...

So maybe it is something special after all (to me).

Unlike Sarracenia leucophylla, which grows its best pitchers late in summer, S. oreophila puts out a burst of new pitchers in the spring. Those pitchers are now dying back in preparation for winter dormancy. Smaller leaves at the base of the plant are phyllodia, non-trap leaves that nevertheless can photosynthesize.

A potted pitcher plant, Sarracenia oreophila, with tall, striking red and green tubular leaves. The plant is in a white square pot, supported by a thin stake, and surrounded by other greenery and rocks in an outdoor setting. The Latin name oreophila means "mountain-loving."

A close-up of a pitcher plant trap leaf (Sarracenia oreophila), showing its distinct tubular shape. The leaves have a striking pattern of deep red veins against a yellow-green background, and the hooded top curves over the opening of the pitcher. The plant is potted and set against a backdrop of rocks and other greenery.

Romane S01E02

#photography #vernissage #darktable #France #Paris #portrait #Seine #people #woman #Romane

Romane sat on the border of the dock, which was quite courageous of her I think, because I was scared that she fall, or that I fall 😆 A bit of flash to fill in here, deported, hand held. That Godox IT32 is really handy!
// Exif on post’s instance

Vertical shot. Portrait of a redhead young woman with long hair, wearing a brown long skirt, green t-shirt and a tartan like brown shirt. She’s sitting on a dock with the Seine behind her. A boat is passing by. She’s looking at the camera with a slight smile and a soft gaze

Un paesaggio fluviale nebbioso e invernale, con alberi spogli lungo entrambe le rive e i loro riflessi nell’acqua calma. La nebbia avvolge il corso d’acqua e attenua progressivamente il paesaggio sullo sfondo.

"Wingspan" 🪽for #texturetuesday

Dragonflies have such cool, intricate looking wings!
They are part of the suborder "Anisoptera" .
"Aniso" — meaning unequal and "Ptera" — meaning wing. Because their back wings (or hind wings) are bigger than the front ones.
