「萝莉的时间」是私屋薰老师创作的讲述菜鸟老师面对小学生教育问题的努力奋斗的故事，故事当然不会这么建档，恶魔小学生九重凛对新人老师青木大介发起猛烈爱情攻势，以及作品中各种萝莉擦边球场面使这部禁忌题材的作品引发了极大的话题，原作于2006年改变为全12话的TV动画，当时甚至因为题材过于敏感以及当时社会问题而停播，从而导致二期动画最终则改为OVA形式发行，也就是于2009年推出全三话的「萝莉的时间 2学期」。
在早前5月发售的「萝莉的时间」漫画单行本第八卷腰封上赫然写着「动画复活！！」字样，不过在当时并未判明新作动画会以什么形式亮相。近日制作方则确认了新作是捆绑单行本第九卷发行的【特别限定版】的OAD，漫画单行本第九卷将于2011年1月21日发售，附送的DVD中将收录完全新作的动画OVA，售价则为3980日元，并且还是完全限定生产，届时秋叶原又要引来一轮新的萝莉制造的血雨腥风的抢购热潮了吧。糟糕小学生季度禾口言皆的师生恋又来来袭了，怪蜀黍们都做好准备了吗？
