<p>I've run a sweet training session a couple of days ago<br>It was on the time trial race machine, which makes it easy to run at these speeds. I've been working at a student cafe on a uni campus for almost 7 years.</p><p>I like <a href="/tags/cycling/" rel="tag">#cycling</a> and try to keep some sort of decent condition with it. <p>Might not look like much, but when you’re trying to avoid a punctured bicycle tire by striving to dodge sharp debris on a road—while also trying to avoid being hit by a motor vehicle—it’s a lot! </p><p>We reported this—and other debris— directly to <a href="/tags/caltrans/" rel="tag">#Caltrans</a> / California Department of Transportation, District 5 office. It’s still there today, as is other sharp debris we reported at same time.
