<p>Trump and MAGA intend to starve their rivals and adversaries of federal funding when/wherever possible. </p><p>Defenders of democracy will need to push back by starving the federal govt of revenues. </p><p>This means, eg, NY and CA withholding $$ they send upstream. </p><p>It also means tax resistance from ordinary people. But, even worse, they have been going along for many decades.
