Nut Run at Altitude

Here is a red-bellied woodpecker (scientific name) who streaked by pretty fast. She has a peanut or almond that she found in my bird feeder. Those birds dig around until they find the best stuff.

Nie spodziewaliśmy, że zachodzące słońce tak szybko wspina się po zboczu góry. Biegliśmy za nim co sił w płucach i zziajani złapaliśmy tylko część jego tarczy i to w połowie drogi na górę, z której mieliśmy oglądać jego tegoroczne zaćmienie.
