<p>who´s up for a calisthenics challenge here in Fediverse? i can also call it a yoga challenge as the poses are used in both.<br>I want to improve my L-sit and Tuck Planche (Lolasana) by doing approximately one month challenge but it´s a lot more fun if somebody else join, and the more people the better!<br>I´m thinking about planning everyday short video drill or a fun but helping pose variation. <p>I think it's time for a re-introduction!</p><p>Hello fediverse! I am an admin for Veganism.Social, VoIP engineer, sim-racer with <span class="h-card"><a href="https://veganism.social/@ethixracing" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>ethixracing</span></a></span>, gamer, foodie, and long-time ethical vegan. I'm originally from South Florida, but now living in the Orlando area as of 2020. I'm usually not a very social person, but I'm trying to change that! I want to make a difference in the world, and one person cannot do that alone, so connecting with others is essential.</p><p>My political and ethical views are all centered around equality, compassion, and environmental protection. I am anti-capitalist, but I also understand that it's impossible in the current state of society to avoid participating in it. So I try to make the best decisions I can with the options given to me in order to minimize the harm it causes. </p><p>Humans and animals all over the world are facing troubling times, and thinking about it has taken a massive toll on my mental health. Now, I am trying to focus my efforts on things that I can change, rather than spreading myself too thin and not helping at all. This doesn't mean I'm ignoring all of the other suffering, but simply trying to prioritize based on what is within my reach. </p><p>Thank you for taking the time to read, and if you feel like we have something in common, give a follow! <p>1/2</p><p>Voy a dejar por aquí algunos consejos para hacer el camino de Santiago siendo vegano, tanto para gente de España como de otros lugares que quizá no conozcan algunas costumbres. </p><p>Spoiler, no es facil pero tampoco imposible, sobre todo si te centras en la experiencia de andar y en el recorrido mas que en comer bien. Puedes comer bien al llegar a Santiago. Al final dejo los nombres de 3 restaurantes espectaculares en los que estuve yo. </p><p>🌰 Desayuno. En España puedes tomar una tostada con tomate y aceite o con mermelada en cualquier bar, por lo que esto no será un problema. Leche de soja, para el aporte proteico, encontraras a veces y a veces no. Sino un cafe o un te sin leche siempre vas a poder pedir.</p><p>🌽 Pueblos principales. Puedes verte tentado de alojarte en los puntos intermedios entre etapas y es una excelente idea si quieres evitar aglomeraciones, yo preferi quedarme en los pueblos mas grandes para aprovechar las tardes y hacer compras (aunque tambien las puedes hacer cuando estas caminando) y porque hay una oferta mayor de restaurantes donde puedes encontrar alguna opcion vegana.</p><p>🍐Proteina en polvo. En España casi siempre vas a poder pedir unas patatas bravas o una ensalada sin huevo, atun o queso. En muchos otros sitios parrillada de verduras o pimientos de padron y pan. Si te llevas proteina en polvo puedes completar la ingesta de verduras y carbohidratos con los aminoacidos necesarios para que tu cuerpo se repare. Pesa poco y es facil de preparar.</p><p> 🥔 Planifica. Muchos de los pueblos pequeños no tienen ni siquiera una tienda. Planifica la tarde anterior las paradas del dia siguiente. Je vais faire une présentation rapide sinon je vais prendre 3 mois à l'écrire hihi~</p><p>Ici vous me retrouverez principalement faire de l'humour nul et parler de musique ou d'autres œuvres culturelles. Pour l'humour nul, j'aime bien les trucs courts et cons qui me passent rapidement par la tête (ça tourne souvent autours du caca ! <img src="https://neodb.social/media/emoji/rivals.space/cute_shyhands.png" class="emoji" alt=":cute_shyhands:" title=":cute_shyhands:"> ). Pour les œuvres culturelles, j'adore toucher un peu à tout et je n'aime pas vraiment réfléchir à "pourquoi j'aime (ou pas) telle ou telle œuvre", je préfère me laisser porter par l'œuvre sans aucune attente préalable 😌 . Je ferais donc un très mauvais critique ! Ces derniers mois, je suis pas mal rentré dans des œuvres expérimentales (en particulier pour la musique).
