This picture shows why the fly agaric is called the fly agaric. 🪰🍄 Mostly just called #toadstool in english speaking countries, as far as I know.

I took this photo whilst on a lovely hike in the Bernese #Alps in #Switzerland 🇨🇭 near the famous peaks 🏔️ Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

This year has been a **HUGE** downward adjustment since hurting my back at the beginning of the year. Had to cut back volume, load and intensity, and completely revamp how I approach working out.

Life's a roller coaster of ups and downs, so you just gotta roll with it and ACCEPT change; **especially** aging.

On the bright side, I finally found a basic combination my body agrees with, so motivation slowly returning.

Black and white portrait format photo taken after today's morning workout.

A half cage power rack fills most of the photo. Two separate pairs of J-cups are attached at 71cm and 110cm heights. A 5cm strongman axle bar rests on the 110cm J-cups.

Three resistance bands hang on the right, attached with large fixed eye bolts and carabiners at the bottom and middle of the rack. A long sheet hangs from a third pair of eye bolts and carabiner near the top right of the rack. Two sets of pullup hooks hang from the pullup bar at the top of the rack.

A pair of fixed weight steel clubs stand in the center of the rack on the floor. A second pair of adjustable weight steel clubs stand outside the first pair. Both pairs are approximately 52cm in length. A small 104cm wide area rug lays directly in front of the steel clubs.

In the background, a digital wall clock shows a date and time of Friday September 25 11:15, 17C temperature, and 69% humidity is directly above the axle bar offset left of center. A decorative cutout wall sticker with trees and perched birds starts from the floorboard and extends to just above the axle bar.

In the woods behind my house I have discovered the largest shelf mushrooms I have ever seen. I'm trying to use my hand for scale here but that doesn't do it justice. These things are enormous. I returned from a work trip today and it looks like I might have caught them at their peak. #FungiFriday #mushroom #northernillinois #photography #scale
